Welcome to week one!
Dear Parents,
Welcome back to Term Four! I hope you had a very relaxing holidays and ready to get back into the final nine weeks of Year Two! I was lucky enough to head up to the Grand Final and although we went for the Bulldogs, it was a cracking game! I also headed to Kalbarri for three nights and although it wasn’t the perfect 28 degrees that I wanted, it was great to escape Dunsborough and see some more of this beautiful state we live in!
We had a HUGE Term 3 and we are looking forward to an action packed Term 4 ahead! A few messages to start off the term...
Mr. Elijah Tilbee – ECU Third Year Practicum
Starting in week 3, we are very lucky to be having a special visitor in our class...Mr Elijah Tilbee! Elijah will be joining us for five weeks and in that time will be taking on a variety of learning experiences and activities from my programs, with the children. I will still remain in the class and help out where I am needed, but I am very excited to have an extra pair of hands and eyes to help and guide all of your beautiful children (and maybe even teach myself something!). Elijah will be introducing himself on the blog shortly and we cannot wait to welcome him to the 2W team!
Star Citizen for Respect
Congratulations to Beau who was our Star Citizen for Respect. We are so lucky to have you in our class Beau and you consistently show the Spirit of Jesus in all that you do. Well done!
Book Week
We had some absolutely fantastic costumes at this years Book Week for 2021. The children loved coming to school in ‘character’ for the day and the props, hairstyles and embellishments of all the children were simply amazing! Thank you for all the effort you put into getting the children ready for the day!
New Student
A very warm OLC welcome to Yadin and his family. We are so excited to have you joining us at OLC and in the 2W team. Please make Yadin and his family feel very welcome 😁

We are looking forward to continuing this great reporting method this term along with your child’s end of semester report which will include grades and a general comment. We can’t wait to share more of our amazing work with you before the end of Term Four, so keep an eye out for our wonderful work to come!😍
I can't wait to see you all and see how much the children have grown!
