Dear Parents,  I hope you all had a lovely weekend and you enjoyed this glorious weather we had! It's been a wonderful first couple of weeks getting into the groove of Year Two and I have loved every minute of it! The children have come to school ready to learn each day and I feel so lucky to have such a beautiful little class that really feel like a little family 👩‍👧‍👦😍 There has been some great learning happening and the children have loved getting into our Math and English rotations each morning.  Hi everyone,  Welcome to the 2021 parent information night for Year Two. We have had a wonderful start to our first week in Year Two and it has been so nice to see so many familiar (and some new) faces in the class. Both Mrs. Peacock and myself feel so lucky we get to be a part of such a beautiful little class this year and I can only imagine how tired some of your children must be because I have been exhausted! I know it's been a little different this year with adults not being allowed in the classrooms due to COVID restrictions so here are a few snaps of some of our learning from this week... We loved getting back into the routine of our InitiaLit sessions and Georgia even remembered what a contraction was from last year...what a clever cookie!  Our mental Math warm ups have been a great warm up for our brains after the holidays.
